| When will my item ship? |
| Most purchases will ship sameday the order is received if it is before 3pm EST. Orders received after this time will ship out the next business day. On occasion some items may have to be drop shipped from a manufacturer due to stocking ability at our warehouse. If the order includes tires to be mounted and shipped then it may be three to four days before the items ship out so we can get your product and assemble it. |
| How do I track my order? |
| Within 24 hours of shipping we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking information and a link that will allow you to check the status and expected delivery time of your purchase. Should you not receive this in a timely fashion please don't hesitate to call or email us for that information. |
| Do I have to be home to receive my purchase? |
| Yes. It is mandatory that we ship only to the billing address of the cardholder and that the cardholder personally sign for the shipment. We apologize that we can not ship to an alternate address. |
| What if something is missing or damaged when I get it? |
| If you find that something is not right with your order or been damaged during shipping let us know as soon as possible so we can send out a replacement. We will take care of any issue with the shipping provider. |
